USEFUL INFORMATION

 

The reception is open daily from 8:00 to 10:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

Outside opening hours and in urgent cases, you can reach the receptionist on +43 664 456 1345. Our receptionist will provide you with all the necessary information.

 

Various coffee capsules for the coffee machines are available at the reception.

 

Please note the consumption from the refrigerator in the lobby on the notepad provided or notify the receptionist.

 

The apartment key also opens the entrance door of the building, which is locked between 22:00 and 8:00. In case of loss of the key, a fee of €40 will be charged.

 

In the lobby you will find the catalogue of the  Binggl Bakery, please leave your next day’s orders at the reception until 11:00.

 

The wellness area on the first floor is open to you during the winter season between 15:00 and 19:00. In summer season please contact the reception if you want to use the wellness area. Towels  and bathrobes in various sizes can be requested at the reception. The wellness area is open to guests over 14 years of age.

 

Controllers and games for XBOX consoles can be requested at the reception.

 

In the ski storage room, please keep your equipment in the compartment corresponding to your apartment.

 

According to the house rules, after 22:00, the peace and quiet must not be disturbed by loud activities.

 

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Smoking is allowed on the terraces of the apartments.

 

Please ensure that there is no smoke in the apartments, as this may trigger the fire alarm system (e.g. burnt food). The guest is responsible for causing a false fire alarm.

 

Please press the emergency button in the hotel elevator only in justified cases, the operator may charge a fee for unjustified alarms.

 

Please collect plastic, paper and glass selectively. You can place the garbage in the garbage bins next to the parking lot.

 

On the day of departure, please check out by 10:00!
